1. What data we store
Depending on how you use the Services, we may store: your account and tenant organization details; brand workspace data (voice, audience, services, and other brand intelligence you provide or that we generate); campaigns, social posts, blog articles, generated images, avatars, and video projects; scheduling and publishing history; connected social account tokens and the minimum profile/page/channel information needed to publish on your behalf; billing records processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers); and communication preferences and message logs.
2. Delete data yourself, right now
You don't need to wait on a request for most of this. From inside your workspace you can already:
- Disconnect a social account (including Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or a Google/YouTube channel) at any time from the Publishing Center — this immediately revokes our access, invalidates the stored tokens, and removes the stored connection.
- Delete a brand workspace, which removes its stored brand intelligence, campaigns, and posts.
- Delete individual campaigns, blog articles, or calendar entries from their respective tabs.
3. Request full account deletion
To delete your entire account and all associated data — including data originally obtained via a connected Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google/YouTube account — email support@balthroplogic.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your organization/tenant name so we can locate your account without delay.
If you reached this page from a Meta/Facebook or Google app permissions or settings screen, you can request deletion the same way — email us and mention which platform the request originated from so we can confirm which connected data to remove.
4. Connected accounts (Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube)
If you connected a Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google/YouTube account to publish content through BLOS Content Intelligence, we store an encrypted access token and the minimum account/page/channel identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. Disconnecting the account (see Section 2) or requesting full deletion (see Section 3) removes this stored token and identifying data from our systems. We do not sell or share this data with third parties outside of what's needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements — see the Google and YouTube section of our Privacy Policy.
5. What happens after a request
We verify the request came from the account owner, then permanently delete the account and its associated data from our production systems, including any connected Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google/YouTube tokens. This is typically completed within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
6. What we retain, and why
A small amount of data may be retained beyond a deletion request where we're required to by law or have a legitimate operational need — for example, billing and invoice records for tax and accounting purposes, and records needed to detect fraud or abuse. Retained records are limited to what's necessary for those purposes and are not used to continue providing you the Service.
